- Accommodation in our 375 sq.ft. guest suite with
private entrance and your own little deck
- King size bed and bedding
- The suite can accommodate up to 4 people. For this occasion the room will be furnished
with an additional Queen size bed - (please let us know in advance)
- private bathroom with shower/tub, vanity and toilet, towels
- Kitchenette fully equipped
- Coffee and tea
- Complimenary free non-alc drink
- High Speed Internet connection in our office
- Comfortable deck-chairs for outside use
- Parking on site
- Cleaning of the suite after your departure

If you do not like to prepare your own breakfast, the nearby Bearberry Saloon offers a wide variety of breakfast menus.

Terms and Conditions:
- Sorry, at the moment we only accept cash or certified cheque.
- Deposit to guarantee the reservation is one night's lodging. Reservations for more than 3 nights require a 50% deposit.
- Cancellation of the reservation, or any portion thereof, made two weeks or more prior to reservation date will be refunded in full. Special Events and Holiday Weekends require 30 days notice of cancellation for deposit refund. Note: we don't charge "cancellation fees". In no event will a 'no-show' deposit be refunded.
- Please note that our house is a non-smoking establishment. If you or your guests smoke in the guest room, you will be billed an additional night's stay to air the room and to clean all the interiors
